We manufacture, design and develop optimum quality rotary drum flakers. Our range of drum flakers is available in single drum flakers.
Flakers\Dryers are mainly used to convert molten chemicals in to solid flakes. This is achieved by coating thin layer of molten chemical on rotating drum which is cooled from inside by suitable mechanism by sprinkling water.
Solidified material is thus flaked by adjustable scraper. (If heated drum is required, heating arrangement also can be provided.)
